Governance & Oversight

Our Board and senior management formally approve and review the AML/CFT policy at least annually.
We have a designated MLRO with direct access and reporting line to the Board.
AML/CFT is included in Board-level risk reporting and decision-making.
Roles and responsibilities for compliance are clearly documented across the three lines of defense.

Risk Assessment

We maintain a documented enterprise-wide ML/TF risk assessment covering customers, products, channels and geographies.
Our risk assessment is refreshed on a defined cycle and after significant business changes.
Risk ratings directly drive the intensity of due diligence and monitoring applied.
We assess and document proliferation financing (CPF) risk separately from ML/TF risk.

Customer Due Diligence

We apply risk-based CDD and enhanced due diligence (EDD) consistently across customer segments.
Beneficial ownership is identified and verified for all legal entity customers.
Customer information and risk ratings are reviewed and refreshed on a defined periodic basis.
PEP and adverse media screening is performed at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

Transaction Monitoring & Reporting

Transaction monitoring rules are calibrated to our risk assessment and reviewed periodically.
We have a documented, timely process for investigating and filing suspicious transaction reports.
Sanctions screening covers customers, transactions and counterparties in real time.
Monitoring alerts are cleared and documented within defined service-level timeframes.

Training & Culture

Role-specific AML/CFT training is delivered to relevant staff at least annually.
Senior management visibly reinforces a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
Staff have a clear, confidential channel to raise compliance concerns.
Training effectiveness is measured and used to improve the program.

Independent Testing & Assurance

An independent function (internal audit or external reviewer) tests the AML/CFT program at defined intervals.
Findings from independent testing are tracked to closure with assigned owners and deadlines.
We conduct periodic readiness reviews ahead of regulatory examinations.
Outcomes of regulatory exams or independent reviews are reported to the Board.
